ORDERING
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or reach out to us directly at hello.algalaround@outlook.com.
If your orders got cancelled, this is because we noticed something unusual from your orders. We run business under the regulations of the US Federal Government, any illegal actions will not be tolerated. If you think it’s a mistake, kindly submit a ticket or find ways to contact us here.
SHIPPING
To update an address, kindly submit a ticket here. Note that if your order is marked as shipped, any requests to change orders will be rejected.
Typically, your orders will be packed and ready within 2 business days. However, due to the outbreak of Covid-19, some orders could ship in 3-4 business days. During promotional or holiday weeks, your orders will ship in 5 business days.
We offer free economy & standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. along with a DHL shipping option for international orders.
We have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DearALGALAROUND customer, we offer a 30-day refund window for all of our products after purchase, starting from the day order is placed. The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See full details of refund policy here.
We offer returns on all purchases except sale items or free products. Customers need to undertake shipping fee and any other costs during the return process.
